IThuba (Non) Verification of documents

I was asked on the Ithuba Lottery App to upload my ID and proof of residence so that it can be verified. I did this on Friday 27th January 2023, I phoned on Sunday 29th January to enquire how long verification should take, I was informed 2 working days. It is now Friday 3rd February 2023 (8 working days) and the documents have still not been verified. I cannot access MY funds to take daily lotto's etc. Useless!
