Ithuba national lottery withdrawals

Withdrawing funds from the ithuba national lottery app has been near impossible. Firstly I tried the direct bank deposit method, after I had submitted all the relevant documentation I was still told that my documents were not verified. I wrote a message on the 'Contact us' link and that has yet to yield results or even a response from ithuba national lottery.

I then went to the standard bank atm method, and that has been a joke. I'm still waiting for the sms, and it has been a few days since I made the request. The worst part is that there is no way to reverse the transaction or if you haven't received the money for the funds to be returned to your lotto app wallet. All I know is that the funds left my lotto app wallet and I've yet to receive the sms from Standard Bank. So what happens now?

It's very convenient when you need to deposit funds into their system. It's fast without any delays or issues, but retrieving your money from them is like pulling teeth. It's utterly unacceptable that such a big organisation can struggle with small issues like this. Buying a ticket the conventional way is probably the best option for me moving forward. I used the app for convenience, but clearly there are technical issues when it comes to withdrawing your money. They need to address that, instead of encouraging people to use the app, knowing that it is faulty.
