Ithuba National Lottery New Website Password - ANGRY!!
Ithuba lottery updated the website which is great as updates are always good. What they fail dismally at, is to change your password for the new website. First you have to submit your number a couple of time to get and OTP. Once you have that, you can change the password. It states load & proud 'sequence contains no elements'. No matter what I do, it does not work. AND NO! It does not work either when I enter my number without the zero in front. Contacting Ithuba National Lottery...I've given up as they dont answer and when the do, the line gets dropped. Very frustrating and extremely poor service.

To assist you immediately, please send us the cell phone number you use to log into your National Lottery account. This will allow our technical support team to investigate your profile directly and guide you through a successful password reset.
A few important points to reassure you:

- The password reset process does require using your number with +27 before it.
- If OTPs are delayed, they may take up to 5 minutes depending on your network provider.
- Your account remains secure, and you will regain full access once the reset is completed.
