Ithuba National Lottery -- disappointing

I have been playing Ithuba National Lottery online for a few years and suddenly they require account verification information for me to access my account. They claim that it is a FICA requirement; if so, why has the information not been required for the last few years! They also require banking details... I certainly don't trust them enough to supply them with that information.

Given enough warning, I would have exhausted my funds and not played again; there are, after all, other options. But they seem to conveniently ensure that at least some funds cannot be accessed. Their e-mail reminders contain a number of links which should provide some hope of help but eack link responds with, 'This page isn't working.' What self-respecting organisation sends out such poor quality communications!! I'm afraid I've lost more faith in Ithuba National Lottery.
