Ithuba National Lottery deducted money from my Wallet without my consent.

I just deposited R50 into my Wallet and the Ithuba system stole some of the money without letting me know, when i call ithuba lottery Player helpline they say it's a fee but when i ask what for they say they dont know.

To anyone who's thinking of depositing money into ithuba national lottery, please take note of your balance because your money will be taken or ****** from you without your consent!
