Ithuba Lottery Theft

I keep getting emails to remind me to withdraw my funds. So I try login, they say my password is wrong. Then I select forgot password, select email to send OPT number to obtain a new pass word. No email arrives, I do this a couple of times still no email with OPT number. So I try message OPT via cell number. Still no OPT number. Now I ask why send the reminder email about the funds if they are never going to refund your funds to you?
