Ithuba Lottery -- problem resolved

Following my complaint last Friday, I received a call from Vumani Xulu on Monday and my problem was resolved by 12h00 on Tuesday. Mr Xulu was really helpful, efficient and professional -- thank you. His task would be easier if others working for Ithuba made more effort to be helpful and honest.
