Ithuba Lottery online - don't bother

1. Verification - have not been able to verify my account for years despite submitting documents as per requirements. Why I need to verify my account when cash purchases in-store do not beggars belief. 2. Delete account - NO option for this on the website. After contacting the call centre, I was given an email address and instructions on how to delete my account/profile. Surely this function should be available on site, otherwise people will stay registered and make Ithuba look like they have more subscribers than in reality.
