Ithuba Lottery - *****

My credit card details are loaded onto your the Ithuba Lottery app for payments to my wallet.

On 18 January 2020 an amount of R500 was deducted from my credit card - which I did not authorize or chose to do via the National Lottery web application application.

The reference on my credit card statement is: U*L*ITHUBA LOT BB0016 SANDT u*l*ithuba lot bb0016 sandt

I want this money refunded to my credit card please. I personally think this is ***** and will not use your application again.

Hi Beatrice

PLEASE READ MY MESSAGE!

I said you debited my credit card account. I did not deposit the funds in any account. The reference on my credit card statement is quoted on my original message.

Please sort this out asap!

Thanks

Kindly note an investigation cannot be initiated without your bank statement referencing the initial transaction.

Please provide an alternative cell number as the one provided above does not exist.

Regards
Beatrice Tsitsing

Hi Beatrice

I provided you with the reference number on my statement account - which you should be able to track on your system.  I do not understand why I have to provide you with a bank statement!

My mobile number is *** which is also part of my login credentials on your website.

Beatrice, I sent a private message here 2 days ago. Please let me know what you are doing about the situation. I am very very close to opening a ***** case or to get the ombudsman involved.

Good day

I have been trying to get hold of you on the number provided *** however it states number busy.

As previously stated our Finance department can only initiate an investigation upon receiving your bank statement which reflects the R500 transaction.

Awaiting your soonest response.

Hi Beatrice

Excuse my ignorance but why do you want a statement. I am not going to send a statement with all my details 1 especially where it involves a credit card. As I mentioned before I gave you the reference that appears on my statement plus the amount plus the reference number plus the date of the occurrence and that should be good enough.

Please send me the email address where I can send proof to. I am afraid that my account details on the statement will be blurred out as I do not want more harm done with what is going around in your environment at the moment. I do trust that that will be in order. If not I will contact my bank and open a ***** case. Thank you for understanding.
