Ithuba lottery are big cheats

From the 16 august I'm having no joy with ithuba lottery. I won R1200 on the eazi win diski now they refusing to pay out. I provided them with screenshot of the technical glitch they were having. The finance manager calls back and tells me they investigated and it shows I won R6. What CHEATS. I WILL NEVER PLAY ON THE ITHUBA PLATFORM AGAIN. I want them to investigate further as the story that the finance manager sent to me on email does not make sense at all. Customer service is so poor. I must always be following up with them
