Ithuba lottery app withdrawals

I am unable to withdraw my small amount winnings from the lotto app because the system keeps on indicating that my account was not approved and yet I have furnished them with my ID and banking details. Why is it that when you deposit funds into your account is a lot easier but extremely difficult when you want to withdraw? This is totally unacceptable!!
