Ithuba Lottery App is a ****/ payment not reflecting

I deposited R250 into my Ithuba App from an FNB on the 16th Feb 2021,The money is still not reflecting a month later. I sent proof of payment on the 16th Feb and i still have not gotten assistance. since then i have spoken to 5 consultants who have no answers, its the 17th March, and i just got off the call with Xolani (consultant ) and Daniel (Team leader) who didnt even want to speak to me until i told them i won't drop the line until i spoke to one ,Daniel did not want to commit to time frame when i asked when i would get assistance and my money back,Ithuba is a joke ,their call center is just filled with *********** staff if a whole finance team takes a month to allocate payment, DONT RISK YOUR MONEY WITH THIS APP BECAUSE of ITS A **** NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!
