I have uploaded and I have sent e-mails with my FICA documents , ID, Lease Agreement , Electricity Statement and bank confirmation letter many , many times and I keep on getting "Oops there seems to be an error during the verifications of your documents provided." . Please upload. All documents are quite clear so I cannot understand what the issue is. I have done this on the mobile app , on computer app and e-mailed it???

17 Apr 2023, 15:21Good day, that is the reason why I have provided a lease agreement as I am leasing from a trust. I am a tenant. I saw that that is acceptable on your mobile app and site.
This was just signed again this year in Feb and is a current lease , the electricity bill is current, the bank confirmation letter is current , the Id is current.
