Ithuba is selfish

If all the allegations about Ithuba is true then I am speechless. A year ago a player accessed multiple profiles and instead of resolving the matter a court order was summoned to the player developing story waiting for confirmation of the player. Of I really discover that this is true I will take it to the EFF and we will take it to the regulator because it's clear Ithuba would have been non compliant when it come to protecting is personal information and a heavy fine must be issued to Ithuba by the regulator. In addition if it is really true it might be that Ithuba took advantage of the player not knowing their rights .That player must whistleblow everything and furthermore must be compensated. If it is discovered that Ithuba was indeed non compliant their License must be terminated PERIOD maybe a new competent company who takes players serious will emerge. This is one thing I will be working on for the next few days I want to get my facts right and of I do I can assure that I am ready . I just want to see the court order if it really exists and confirmation of that from that particular player and the method used to report that incident by that player . Ithuba is paying influencers while there are many loopholes. I can assure I am not going to rest until I get the player and if that is the case maybe Ithuba owe the player as well but it will depend on the content of the court order.
