Ithuba fix your internal systems!!!!

What on earth is going on with your internal systems that you more than 3 years of me returning your ****** lotto machine you hand me over to that ridiculous Ncube Incorporated Attorneys who threaten me and teat me like a ***** and ********??? Is this the policy of Ithuba??? I know my rights and I am taking you and and Ncube to the Consumer Council Ombid!!!!

This is the story;

The people that work for Ncube Incorporated Attorneys believe that they can just list people on the credit bureau, as per this response from a Raphael Honde..."Good afternoon, We refer to the abovementioned matter. Thanks for your email and please be advised that your name will be listed on the credit bureau as a bad payer according to the statement which was sent to you. We'll await your feedback from the consumer council but as far the statement is concerned this account is outstanding. Thanks for giving us audience. Regards Raphael Honde"

This is related to a Lotto machine I had from Ithuba more than 3 years ago, the account which I closed at that time some 3 weeks before the machine was taken away. The agent who open the account for me came to me on my insistence after many telephone calls to close the account and round the machine off, all monies was deposited into the Ithuba account as per normal. To me everything was done and closed and I moved on with life. Now more than 3 years I get this Ncube Incorporated Attorneys firstly sending me an sms claiming I owe R805.30 and to avoid summons and from being black listed I needed to contact them, then 2 days after that a telephone call from them stating I need to pay the money and they can send me the invoice to prove I owe R805.30, I looked at the invoice and NOWEHRE on that invoice do I see any amount of R805.30 listed! I email them back and tell them I dont owe anything and basically explain my case and ask them to investigate this further with Ithuba and mister Raphael Honde sends me the email above. So after more than 3 years I get 1 sm, 1 telephone call and 1 email claiming I owe R805.30 with zero proper proof of anything and I am supposed just pay this them??? I am taking this to the Consumer Council ombid, I will not be treated like a ***** and ******** by this Ncube Incorporated Attorneys or by you Ithuba!!!
