ITHUBA CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON _EXISTENT

I have been trying for five months to access my online account with these clowns. I cannot change my cellphone details with them . nor can I access my wallet because the only way I can change my password is via an OTP to my ****** phone. You would think they could use my e-mail address ?? No that is too difficult. They literally have an outstanding query reference for me from MAY 18th'
