Ithuba continues to lack transparency

I was very disappointed when I see some defaming allegations against Ithuba on X formerly know as twitter today . Those are just allegations and there is no tangible evidence to back them up . Based on how things and lack of honesty and transparency by Ithuba one might think that those allegations are true . I spoke with Mitchell and Brandon early this year and they gave me some information but they later told me that I have no right to use that information in public amd mind you these are senior staff member , I mean a head of Marketing and A Lottery Director . Cool , fine they asked me to send an email so that a company spokesperson can then respond to me , which I did but they never responded to me . I wrote a review telling them its okay they must not respond ,guess what hellopeter administrator did not waste time to tell me that they won't respond as oer my request. I mean a reputable company will never respond like that . I was shocked but I was like who am I by the way to get attention from Ithuba.I am just an ordinary citizen nje who cares about me.

When today I saw allegation on X platform I was disturbed but I was like those are just allegations. I then remembered that I once spoke to Tshepiso Bannister who told me he won lottery and send me proof of his betting from both Ithuba and WBS and nothing was done till today. I remembered that since the beginning of this year no one has won any jackpot of eazi games .

I remembered another defaming allegations by Rodney M that he accessed information from Ithuba website and only to notice his 1st review on those matter was removed . I remembered that actually when I spoke to Michelle and Brandon , Michelle made it clear that it was a lie there is no such and to date I still have that recording . I was later reliably informed that he was banned from playing lottery games and a court order was issued agains him not to share anything that happened with anyone. Still on that as a group we tried to trace him with no luck to date using this platform and social media so we can hear his side. What we are well aware of is the he was given a court order by Ithuba attorneys and he was given a report on why he managed to access such information. Based on the intelligence we used to trace him one can conclude that he might have seen that he is wanted and he is either scared of Ithuba or he just didn't have any interest. This was supposed to be our big internet braking story but we have other stories about Ithuba but are not as satisfactory .

I also remembered that Ithuba stopped instant money withdrawal and promises the public that they are working on improving the service bit till today nothing which leaves one with a conclusion that actually there was never an improvement it was just a way of making it difficult for online players to withdraw smaller amounts and most players are uemolyed most of their withdrawals will go towards interests of servicing bank charges. I am still saying there is no transparency and I hope and pray that one day Rodneh M will be found and give his side of the story on his allegations of none compliance of Ithuba via PoPIA because actually based on my experience it is a high profile case
