Ithuba and WBS why are you abusing me.

Good day Ithuba Execs

I am writing this review with high level of disappointment for how I have been treated by you guys and your partner in World Sport Betting.On the 2nd of March last year I purchased a lotto ticket via WBS and matched all 6 numbers .

I received a ref number and the ticket and luckily I took a screenshot of my ticket. The following day when I checked the results I noticed that I a jackpot of 17million. I celebrated thinking my life has changed only to discover that my ticket is taken out of my betting App.

Consulted all authorities from Ithuba and WBS and I was taken from pillar to post with lot of emails that makes no sense. Till today I am still in the dark or maybe because I didnt use a banking app that is why Ithuba and WBS are denying with my winnings.

I am writing this very well after speaking to few individuals since the matter occurred who adviseded me to write to DTI And the Parliament and avoid hellopeter.

I am opting for this platform to see how my issue will be resolved or if I will end up being ambushed with a court order like Rodney M as I was advised that if you have a problem with Ithuba and you are poor they will deal with you legally and even ban you from playing theory games like the person mentioned.

I hope this get to Mrs Mabuza and call me to your office so we can discuss this in a civil manner parties involved or should I wait for acourt order and a permanent ban of lotto games like that person. I am patient one day the truth will prevail and I stand my ground
