<p>So ive been ****** by ITHUBA LOTTERY ONLINE. Dated 12 july 2016 I made a eft via absa bank without my cellphone number as reference that may have caused a delay in credit uploading, I phoned customer care shortly after to notify them and was asked to send proof of payment, which I did the same day and called back again to check if they have received my email with proof. They responded yes and said it will be forwarded to relevant department. 9 days later and still nothing. Im so dissapointed. Its not about the money, I feel ****** of my trust and online security from a multi million rand institution who flaunts the lotto emblem all over in my face while owing me a Pathetic R350. Im sad :(</p>
