Ithuba is exactly like the government so I don't think any reviews will sway them to change as I only read negative comments on Hello Peter. But I needed to post. So like any other person I have a few rand in my online wallet just playing now and then. So I opened an account a year or so ago, quick, few minutes and they were eager to take my money to be another Phanda Pusha P*** as you can figure out yourself. Only had to log in with my phone number and my password and play. So the RNG decided to let me win one Wednesday and I only checked on the next Tuesday so decided to withdraw some money....MY WORD what a disaster...Suddenly had to send proof of everything that makes sense and SUDDENLY, after they send me weekly e-mail letters had to verify my mail. The session kicked me out 5 times then phoned them and 2 ladies was so rude and *********** I had to ask for a Supervisor who was actually very nice. After I used about R100 of mobile minutes just to be told verification can take 48 hours but I just received a mail from Ithuba stating they received my uploaded documents...***!!!!! So your system is so useless it can send updated tickets but not verification mails....Needless to say I'm still waiting. HERE IS THE KICKER: For over a year logging in by phone I could deposit them money and play and last night I could not play because they, YES, needed to verify my mail. How can anyone leave Billions of Rands in such *********** hands!!!! SO HERE IS MY LOGIC: When you go to any retailer you ask for a quick pick [which I believe is so *******, as a Random Number Generator PICKS your numbers and a Random Number Generator DRAWS your numbers!] and you pay. No retailer asks your ID or Fica and when you win you simply go back and collect. So how does that retailer know I bought that ticket and not ***** it from someone...ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF OR VERIFICATION...I rest my case!!!! So in all, like the government Ithuba has a good idea but a ludicrous plan, worst staff, slowest site and ridiculous methods, the same hoax RNG [Random Number Generator]. Take the quick pick away and the jackpots will go over a Billion because the RNG will only zoom into quick pick tickets like a raffle...Sure this post won't even bother Ithuba but seriously I rather play on Hollywoodbets where my numbers actually come in as I don't use your RNG...Ithuba is useless!!!!!
