Issue resolved.

Just to say that after writing about a dubious debit order on my mom's account, it looks like it was a *****ulent transaction that had nothing to do with Ithuba. They were very responsive and helpful. I'm very grateful to Khumo Makgopela for their help. I was able to stop the debit order with FNB after establishing that the bank account it went to was not Ithuba's.
