Information security not protected

Good day

I would like to take this opportunity to express how disappointed I am . I made a complain that since Friday when I am on my profile using the website it kicks me out and take me to others people's profile whom I dont even know. Thii is still continuing till till now as I accessed 2 more people's profiles today . I received an email telling me to wait for 72 hours . I understand the turn around time however this is a very different scenario and it should be prioritized. I am speaking of peoples sensitive information here like ID numbers , address and contact numbers . I have screen shots and which I emailed. I have a folder on my phone which I created specially for this screenshots as this is a major concern. I dont know If I should share people's information here to prove the seriousness of this so it can be attended to or what . please resolve this ASAP. I have no interest in others people's information . I mean I even accessed people's lottery tickets and the social media team always emphasize on keeping lottery tickets numbers secrets regardless of weather you play online or instore because someone might claim your fortunes if it happened that you win. Please Ithuba don't tempt me to take this to social media together with screenshots especially twitter. I know the good that Charmaine Mabuza did and is still doing and I wont sleep at night knowing that I ruin her reputation . Please take this serious and someone from IT must resolve this . We have a problem of cyber crime in the country what if I was one of those who commit such crimes .I was gonna ruin others people's lives through Ithuba's IT team negligency . please please and please again resolve this .
