Please Ithuba if any manager can see this complaint if you ever come out of your meetings you guys have everyday, as advised by your call center agents each time we call I advise them that I am still awaiting my new terminal at our new store REF ***8, all that they can say to me is that its resolved , please any member of the Ithuba MANAGEMENT PLEASE PLEASE ASSIST WE ARE LOSING REVENUE , WE ARE IN AN AREA WITH NO LOTTO SERVICES WITH A POPULATION OF +-500K PEOPLE , THIS IS A RETAILERS CRY AS THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO GET HOLD OF MANAGEMENT NEXT WILL BE TWITTER FACEBOOK NEWS 24 702 UNTIL A MANAGER CAN CALL US TO ADVISE WHY THEY NOT DELIVERING ?????
