Ticket no 186169 Your call centre agents and account department are failing to assist me with the above ticket number. I used my old cellphone as reference number when topping up my lottery account however no one is capable of assisting me with the reallocation of such funds into the correct number. All my correspondence have proof of paymentson them but they keep on asking me to forward the same proof of payments over and over again as if they are busy.
