Impossible to apply for funding

<p>We sent in an application for funding in May 2016 under the Miscellenous call for proposals. Since then, we have followed up on at seven occasions and were constantly told that they would get back to us with an answer to our proposal.</p> <p>Then a week ago they said that actually the email application was not acceptable, and it needed to be posted - but now the Miscellanous call is over! How is one ever meant to apply?</p>
