I don't understand

I was on twitter and I came across an article on @groundup_news. I quickly responded to their article. After seeing so much negative publicity about Ithuba and NLC I decided to check hellopeter reviews about National lottery. Most of them are negative but there are few reviews that took my attention especially when I look at how Ithuba responded.

Ithuba has 2 scripts of responding and are as follows for negative reviews " Good Afternoon

A consultant will contact you shortly to assist". and for positive reviews are follows " Good Afternoon

Thank you so much for the kind feedback, we Phanda and Pusha every day to make sure you can Play! " But for reviews that were done by Rodney M on hellopeter responses have been quite different which raise suspicions . On his/her last review the response was " Good day Rodney M

We acknowledge your review and will communicate with you in a formal manner shortly " Since when Ithuba make such responses , I smell a rat here . The other response was " Good day Rodney M

We, therefore, have temporarily suspended your access to the National Lottery platforms until such time you are able to come to our offices with your device so we can investigate further. " Quetion is did he/she go to the offive or not ?His/Her allegations or hellopeter are serious and if that person was just creating a story he must face law but if his allegations are true Ithiba must face the law. We have to get to the bottom of this because with all this allegations of *******ion at NLC something might be fishy.I suspect if his allegations are true he/she was bribed or if its not he/she is probably arrested. A way must found ti find that person so we know exactly what is going on. The way Ithuba was responding to the person's reviews there is something .
