I can’t get my winnings

I have been trying to access my winnings for the past 3 weeks. I played using their app…I have uploaded the docs requested by the national lottery successfully. I have opened numerous tickets asking for assistance. To this day I have yet to get my money. I’m sad cos I won the money and unable to get it.
