I can’t get my money back from Ithuba !!

I deposited R9,700 instead of R97.00 into my wallet .A Linda Rametsie assisted me in the beginning notifying me that he would give me a time line of when the finance department will refund my money .Five months later and many emails later no response from Linda or anyone from Ithuba .It seems one has to sue them to get your money back !! Awful service !! No accountability whatsoever!!
