I cant access my account and withdraw

Ithuba Lottery - Unable to reset password to access Ithuba Lottery website I'm trying to access my account but I have had no success in doing so.

I tried to reset my password but this does not work, when trying to reset and enter my new password I receive an error message stating "sequence contains no elements" after this message the only action I can perform is request a new OTP and that is where your system gets stuck!

Can you resolve the issue with my Ithuba lottery profile
