***** of Deposits at Ithuba Lottery

Where is the media to report the massive ***** happening at Ithuba ,I am fed up There is a big ***** happening at Ithuba which need to be investigate , 15/02/2019 i made deposit but funds are not reflecting , i called several times and emailed proof,but no funds and my case is always put or resolved without any reason or proof given , it has been 2 weeks now calling ,I am ignored like insane person ,I am fed up and there no where i can escalate my complaint, please assist where i can report *****
