EFT not reflecting
I have made an EFT payment on th 24th of January but till now it is not reflecting when I log on to the website. Usually, the payment goes through and it reflects on my account in a few minutes.
I have sent my proof of payment (twice) to the "deposits" department but have not received a reply as yet.
