Do not deposit into the wallet!

I deposited money into my Ithuba wallet in the morning today. I used an immediate transfer as I usually do and the funds normally reflect after a minute or so. Today the funds did not reflect at all. After calling many times and emailing Ithuba, they promised in writing that the funds would clear today but that turned out to be a rather disappointing lie. No apologies, no care. Its just creche level service in all angles. I would advise people to just buy a ticket at a store.
