do my deposit yet they stil debit my account

I am a lottery outlet and every week for the past month iv been doing manual deposits of for ithuba yet they still debit my account and cause unnecessary bank fees of which i have bank statements proving this... when I signed the contract with them i specifically stated i will manually deposit thier money each week. I can give my retailer id upon a response to this. Please pay back All bank charges and remove the automatic account debit option ASAP and with IMMEDIATE effect oh and this has been happening over a month now with no help from ithubas side
