Disgusted by this poor service
I made an Eft to the national lottery and forgot to include my cellphone number for the funds to be allocated to my account as this was my first time. I then immediately went back to ithuba and lodged a complaint that the funds were not allocated and included all my details in the email, till this day no one has helped me with this. Absolutely disappointing service
