Disappointed - Ithuba Contact Centre is Useless
It is now 2 weeks since I bought a R100 1 voucher to recharge my lotto accout and the money is still not showing. The call centre agents have been trained to inform us that they will escalate. Question is if Ithuba is struggling to refund a R100 of my money then what's going to happen if I win a Jackpot on the app.
