Disappearing Lotto Winnings.

I played & won the lotto yesterday and opted to withdraw using the Standard Bank ATM. I have still not received the sms and Ithuba does not answer their toll free line nor reply messages on their comments tab.

I suspect it’s deliberately done to siphon people’s winnings. Does anyone have a way to contact them.
