Different month, same incompetence

Deposited money into my account 9 days ago and still not reflecting. Sent numerous emails and messages on Twitter. Staff seem to be more irritated and less interested in doing their jobs. Was told a team leader would call me 2.5 hours ago, then 15 minutes ago, then 10 minutes ago. A few months ago money would reflect at least two days later. Why is that competent person not getting people to do their job?
