Deposits not showing in wallet

It is the second time I complain about the funds paid into my wallet not showing. The first time Ithuba did answer, giving me an address where to wright but the system (Helopeter) blotted it out. I rep****, informing Ithuba they must use my personal email address and then just nothing.... It is a month later? Please, whoever is going to attend to this query, I have already sent proof of payment to the address starting with "deposits". If there is another address please reply on my email provided, not here because like I said, the system will blot it out.
