DELAYING ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
I have been playing lottery since 2018 using my online account but on the 18 January I received an email saying I should upload my documents when I login into my account make sure that it was indeed Ithuba i uploaded the following documents ID,Proof of address and Proof of Banking Details which I did since then my account is not working.

Please can you open my account so that I can withdraw.
