Delay of bank account verification/confirmation

It's almost a week and few days since I have been waiting for my bank account to be confirmed and verified. How long does it take for one to be verified so that they can start betting. They should at least state the minimum waiting period for the verification and confirmation of the bank account. This is frustrating and disappointing especially from big organizations like them.
