Conned by Ithuba Lottery

Two Years ago o downloaded the App on my Cellular phone did send all proofs and account was activated. I never needed to do payouts and used my small winnings to play again. On Wednesday the 26 May 2021 for the 1st time win R2500.00 and as my child cell phone was ****** promised him he can have the winning to replace his Cell. Easier said than done, i went to my wallet and requested my pay out, two days later i notice the money is back in my wallet, i called the contact center and 30min later was told to upload again, and again and again, After 13 calls my ID was accepted and my Bank account, but yet my Address is still the problem, yet the same proof is with the Bank and with Vodacom and my Landlord, and all is happy and accepted.

5 calls and 2 hours later i manage to speak to a team leader, Lungelo who kindly assisted me and gave me a e-mail address as *** to send my proof and they will rectify. that was done within 5 min and a day later saw a notice on the App, upload Proof, and so i did, just to be declined again.

It is now Thursday 3rd of June and after 8 more calls and an hour was asked again to upload my proof of address, I am a hard working person, to spend more that 4 hours on calls just to proof what? I just mailed them again and uploaded my Proof again, and now receive a mail telling me to contact the helpline? this is theft, my money is out of my wallet and i been send in circles, and yet you can not call any person higher that helpline team leader.

I am putting me in the hands of Helopeter, i believe this is theft and i have been conned.
