When playing online, check your winnings against ithuba payments to your wallet as their system does not seem to credit all your winnings to your wallet all the time, not sure why not... i am trying to get hold of them to find out why this keeps happening to my winnings??? i have been letting it slide as it's small amounts, and i have only been playing online since lockdown, but all these small amounts are starting to mount up now, for eg, tonight i won R41 on daily lotto (attributed to 5 winning lines), but my ithuba wallet is only credited with R15 (3 winning lines) - this is just one example of the many small winnings not credited since lockdown.
