Can't withdraw

I have won the lottery and tried to withdraw money and requested a transfer into my bank account since the ATM option is not available anymore. The error message has been hanging for over a week now and no changes. I have uploaded my ID and Proof of banking details still nothing. Error: Your account is not approved. Disappointed as I want to withdraw my winnings.
