I deposited R6055 into my account instead of R55 on the second of May 2020, I immediately tried to to withdraw R6000 in two transactions of R4900 and R1100, received an sms telling me standard bank will send me a pin with 72 hours. After two days the withdrawal was reversed my account blocked. I have sent my ID and bank statement, called, emailed individuals who gave their emails to me. Everyone keeps saying we will escalate the matter to the finance department and nothing is happening. I need my money.
