Bad service from standbank and ithuba

If you you want peace of mind... do not bank with Standard Bank !!! Their are terrible with client service.

I bought a lottery ticket from their mobile app and I never received a massage with my chosen numbers. I called them for 2 days being transferred from one agent back to the other just so they send me the sms there are supposed to send with my ticket info! They eventually said I should call ithuba for a refund and ithuba says I should call standard bank for my refund! Can I just get the ticket I paid for.. that is all I am asking for
