Bad pathetic service

I transferred R50 on the ithuba lotto app via PayU on 18th September even today my account is not topped up, I followed up with ithuba, payu and Capitec, ithuba requested for Pop, I sent them sms confirmation, they refused it, sent them statement, still refused it. Contacted capitec and they advised they don't give Pop for such transactions I should forward statement to them. Payu they advised I should follow up with Ithuba, Ithuba is no longer responding, this is pathetic service as they can check on their side that they received this payment. I want my payment back as you are useless. Any business who works with money can trace payments.
