Bad customer servise and incompitent consulant

<p>I have been calling this call centre for several time but they can't be able to resolve my problem no one even cares about this problem i made a payment on the 04 of april of R30.00 even today the payment is not reflecting on my wallet i sent the proof of payment to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Again on the 24 of june 2016 i made a payment of 100.00 even today the payment its not reflecting on my account i called the call centre today the consultant that i spoken to hung up on me when i explain the problem to him .</p> <p> </p> <p>I tired of wasting my airtime calling this call centre it lack management it out of control actually they must train their staff member properly or to fire the whole call centre from the quality manager to consulting because their useless.</p> <p> </p>
