ATM WITHDRAWAL
I have opted for the ATM withdrawal option cz i thought it was quick and the easy way out. I was requested to wait for 72 hours until i can get access to the funds i won, but here am i still waiting for Ithuba National lottery to get back to me. I have spoken to various consultants and they all gave me the same answer that i will get my SMS soon and i should be a litttle bit patient. I have been patient enough. Why are you telling people to wait for 72 hours and then drag it out to 5 days. I am really disappointed because this is my first win that i wanted to buy a proper grocery for my family and here i am still stuck with nothing. I hope and pray that by the end of the day i get an answer.

08 Aug 2020, 16:25Yesterday i got a call from the agent and he promised to get back to me by the end of business , but did not. But since i have a reference number for my case already i just want to know when the process of me getting my pin will happen? Thats the main question that i have been asking for days and never got an accurate answer til this day. I know lockdown has changed a few things but 72 hours is finished days ago and i ****ht by now i would have received my funds but no ... i wont stop complaining until i have my funds....il call your offices everyday and every hour until i receive my pin
