App nonsense

Worse experience ever, first my account was verified everytime i try to withdraw it reverses back into my wallet. Now i withdrew 30 april to date the money is not in my account. My details are correct what could be the hold up because it says in 72 hours money will be in my account. I regret using app rather drive to a store
