ABSA Deposits not auto updating on the Ithuba Lottery App

ABSA deposits no longer update near real-time like before. Ithuba puts the burden on the customer to send them proof of deposit prior to the deposit being allocated. Normally it takes no more than 15minutes for the deposit to appear, on a few occasions, I have had to send emails requesting for my deposits to be allocated. The process is very inefficient and it is clear the staff dealing with queries relating to this is either not clear of their own process or just ***********. Ithuba needs to fix this!
